About Me
I am an IT professional specializing in cloud strategy and architecture with over 15 years of experience delivering solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem. I have worked with small and medium-sized organizations and have served on Non-Profit boards to guide them through digital transformations.
Currently, I serve as the Director of Net Zero Cloud and Non-Profit Cloud Customer Success at Salesforce.com. I was part of the New Product Introduction team that launched Net Zero Cloud by shaping and starting all necessary processes to ensure customer adoption of the product. I engage with customers to ensure product adoption by providing best practices and awareness of new functionality, and I build and foster executive-level relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.
I have 15 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, hold 12 certifications, and am a Salesforce MVP alumnus. I actively participate in the UG community and was a founding member and leader of the Salesforce.org Prof Services organization. I played a crucial role in expanding the Advisory team, which now serves Public sector, Nonprofit, and Education institutions.
My Strength Finder's top qualities—Communication, Futuristic, Woo, Activator, and Strategic—reflect my natural inclination to tinker and innovate. As a servant leader, I ensure my teams have the resources they need for success and personal growth. I leverage my technology expertise to drive customer growth and transformation and dedicate significant time to community pro bono work (over 200 hours last year).
I am a proud father of two, husband, cyclist, runner, and dog lover.
